- 400 g knollensellerie
- Salt
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 200 ml lukewarm milk
- 40 g Butter
- pepper (ground)

Peel, wash, and cube the potatoes and celery. Boil in salted water for 25 minutes. While cooking, cut half of the salmon into strips and form the other half into small rosettes. Drain the potatoes and celery, let them steam dry slightly, then mash with a potato press.
