Warm Fruit Salad with Mint

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 4 kiwis
- 300 g Strawberries
- 1 Lime
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- 20 g coconut flakes (2 tbsp)
- 4 stems mint
Instructions

Peel and slice the bananas. Peel, halve lengthwise, and slice the kiwis.

Wash, clean, and cut the strawberries into halves or quarters depending on size.

Rinse the lime under hot water, pat dry, grate the zest, and squeeze out the juice. Mix both with rice syrup and coconut flakes.

Distribute the fruit onto four oven-safe bowls and drizzle with the rice-syrup mixture. Broil in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes to brown lightly.

Meanwhile wash the mint, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves. Garnish the fruit salad with them.
