Ingredients

  • 125 g almonds (peeled)
  • 75 g pistachios (peeled)
  • 175 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp rose water
  • 50 half walnut kernels
  • 150 g dark chocolate couverture

Instructions

    Grind the almonds with the pistachios in a food processor until fine. Gradually add the powdered sugar and rose water, mixing until a firm dough forms. Spread some of the dough on one half of each walnut, place another half on top, and press lightly.

    Coarsely chop the chocolate couverture and melt it over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Dip half of the walnuts into the liquid chocolate and set them on a cooling rack to dry.
