- 2 Eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 60 g Butter
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- oil (for the waffle iron)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Separate the eggs. Whisk the yolks with the milk and stir in the honey and breadcrumbs. Let sit for about 10 minutes to absorb. Melt the butter, add it to the mixture, and fold in the flour.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the batter.

Heat and oil the waffle iron. Pour batter gradually to bake waffles. Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving. Serve with chocolate sauce as desired.
