Ingredients
- 120 g dried dates (pitted)
- 120 g walnuts
- 6 tsp cocoa powder (18 g; heavily defatted)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 2 Tbsp coffee beans (30 g)
- 2 tsp coffee powder (10 g)
- chili flakes
Instructions

Add dates, nuts, 4 tsp cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and vanilla powder to a blender and blend until a homogeneous dough forms.

Add the coffee beans and mix briefly. Using a tablespoon, scoop out 16 portions of dough and shape them into balls.

Mix the remaining cocoa powder with coffee powder and chili flakes, then roll the energy balls in this mixture.
