Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 g whole‑grain sugar
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

    Clean and wash the strawberries, leaving the green tops on. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.

    Skewer each strawberry onto a small wooden stick, briefly dip it into the still warm syrup, then remove and place on a parchment‑lined plate to dry. Store in the refrigerator before serving.
