Ingredients
- 150 g soft butter
- 70 g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- vanilla pods
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- oil (for the waffle iron)
- powdered sugar (to dust)
- 150 g full-fat yogurt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 g raspberries
- 150 g blackberries
- 150 g red currants
- 150 g Strawberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 80 g powdered sugar

For the waffles, mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Preheat the waffle iron to medium heat, brush the plates with oil and pour 3 tbsp of batter into each center. Close the iron and bake golden yellow waffles for about 4 minutes, then keep warm in the oven.

Whisk yogurt with crème fraîche, pistachios, and vanilla sugar. Wash berries and pat dry. Halve strawberries; combine all fruit with sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and marinate for 10 minutes. Break apart the waffles to form hearts. Arrange on plates, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with pistachio cream and fruit.
