Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 ml neutral plant oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and blend it with the broth, egg yolks, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender or high‑bowl hand mixer until smooth.

    While blending, slowly drizzle in the oil so the dressing thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
