Ingredients

  • 400 g soy (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp paprika and olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 g mushrooms and cornichons
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Sauté the sliced soy in hot oil for about 2 minutes, remove, season with paprika.

    Slice the pepper into strips, cut cornichons into rounds, quarter mushrooms; steam in the same pan for about 3 minutes.

    Pour in cream and milk, bring to a boil, simmer for about 3 minutes. Return the soy, let it heat through, season.
