Ingredients
- olive oil (for the tins)
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chives rings
- 400 g quark
- 100 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- nutmeg
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g. Emmental)
- chives rings (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced. Brush the tins with olive oil. Wash, peel and dice the zucchini. Wash, halve, peel and dice the red bell peppers. Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop them and mix with the vegetables and herbs. Distribute over the tins.

Whisk the quark with the cream and eggs until smooth, then season heavily with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread over the vegetables and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown and serve sprinkled with chives.
