- 4 EL Mayonnaise
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 2 EL Surimi (sliced)
- green olives (pitted)
- 1 Green Chili Pepper
- cocktail tomatoes
- pineapple chunks
- chili flakes
- Salt
- Spring onion rolls
Instructions

Whisk mayonnaise and crème fraîche until smooth. Season with salt and sprinkle with spring onions.
