Ingredients
- 1 kg white asparagus
- 200 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 0.5 tbsp salt
- 100 g sugar

Peel the asparagus and cut the stalks into pieces about 5 cm long. Add 200 ml water, the vinegar, mustard seeds, salt, and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Place the asparagus in the broth and cook for about 5 minutes.

Remove with a slotted spoon from the broth and fill hot rinsed jars. Bring the broth to a boil again and use it to fully cover the asparagus. Seal the jar and let cool.
