Vegetable sticks with quark caviar dip: This vegetarian snack is low in calories and ideal as a mid‑meal or dinner during a diet.

Ingredients

  • 150 g green zucchini (1 green zucchini)
  • 150 g yellow zucchini (1 yellow zucchini)
  • 200 g red bell pepper (1 red bell pepper)
  • 150 g carrots (1 carrot)
  • 100 g cucumber (0.5 cucumbers)
  • 80 g celery stalks (1 stalk)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 150 g low‑fat quark
  • 125 g soy yogurt alternative (natural)
  • 150 g caviar (e.g., trout, algae, or salmon caviar)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and if necessary peel the vegetables, then cut them into bite‑sized pieces.

    Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and slice into fine ribbons.

  3. 3.

    Rinse the lemon under hot water, dry it, and finely grate the zest.

  4. 4.

    Squeeze the lemon to extract juice.

  5. 5.

    In a bowl combine quark, soy yogurt alternative, chopped chives, lemon zest, and a splash of lemon juice; mix well.

    Fold in the caviar and season with salt and pepper. Serve together with the prepared vegetable sticks.
