Ingredients

  • 250 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 500 ml vegetable broth (instant)
  • 300 g carrots
  • 300 g celery stalks
  • 300 g leeks (white and light green parts only)
  • 80 g horned noodles
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tsp marjoram

Instructions

    Cut the turkey into bite‑size pieces. Peel, wash and dice the carrots. Wash the celery, cut the outer stems away and chop the tender greens into pieces. Wash the leeks, trim and slice into rings. Bring the meat, vegetables and noodles to a boil with the vegetable broth and simmer for about 10 minutes until the noodles are tender and the turkey and vegetables are cooked through.

    Season the noodle‑vegetable pot with salt and pepper and sprinkle with marjoram before serving.
