Vegetable Stew with Marjoram

Ingredients
- 400 g celery
- 2 parsley roots
- 3 Carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 EL Butter
- 2 EL flour
- 1 l meat broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 2 EL freshly chopped parsley
- 1 EL freshly chopped marjoram
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- horseradish (jarred)
- marjoram (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the celery, parsley roots and carrots and cut them into about 1 cm cubes.

Peel the onion and dice it as well.

Sauté everything together in hot butter. Sprinkle with flour, stir, then pour in the broth. Add bay leaf and cumin. Simmer for about 20 minutes while stirring occasionally. Then fold in parsley and marjoram, season with salt, horseradish and pepper. Serve garnished with marjoram.
