Ingredients
- 2 bundles of soup greens
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 l meat broth (from a can or homemade)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 300 g frozen green beans
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 tsp bean herb
- 4 Salsiccia sausages
- 1 bunch chives
- Salt

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Thoroughly wash the soup greens and cut them into small pieces. Heat butter in a large pot and sauté the vegetables, then pour in the broth and bring to a boil once.

Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash, and dice them. Peel the potatoes, roughly cube them, and add the beans, peppers, marjoram, and bean herb to the broth. Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes.

Prick the sausages several times with a fork, add a little water if needed, then add them to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt. Wash the chives, shake dry, cut into rings, and sprinkle over the stew.
