Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 0.33 Hokkaido pumpkin (small)
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 cooking bananas
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • oil (for grill rack)
  • wooden skewer (soaked in water briefly)

Instructions

    Peel the sweet potato, cut into cubes and parboil in salted water for 10-15 minutes.

    Peel the Hokkaido pumpkin as much as possible, cut into cubes and blanch for 1-2 minutes.

  3. 3.

    Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds and membranes, then cut into pieces.

  4. 4.

    Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Alternate threading pumpkin, sweet potato, banana and a piece of pepper onto skewers. Grill over hot grill with oiled rack for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Briefly grill rosemary sprigs as well.

    Serve on plates and sprinkle with grilled rosemary leaves.
