Ingredients
- 400 g farfalle
- Olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 Zucchini
- 3 sage leaves
- parmesan (block)
- butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Wash the zucchini, cut them lengthwise in half and slice into strips. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and gently sauté the zucchini with the sage for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile cook the Farfalle al dente and drain. Reserve some of the cooking water. Toss the pasta with 2 tsp butter and 2-3 tbsp reserved water, then add the zucchini (remove the sage leaves). Mix well and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve immediately on plates topped with plenty of grated Parmesan.
