Ingredients

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 mayonnaise
  • 2 ketchup
  • 2 dry white wine
  • Salt
  • pepper from the mill
  • paprika powder
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 wild garlic leaves
  • 2 pine nuts

Instructions

    Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, wine, salt, pepper and paprika to make the dressing.

    Peel and julienne the carrots and kohlrabi. Wash the lettuce, pat dry and tear into bite‑sized pieces. Rinse the wild garlic, pat dry and remove thick stems. Toast pine nuts in a dry pan without oil.
