Ingredients
- 250 g green beans
- Salt
- 300 g boiled peeled potatoes
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 can tuna (natural)
- 1 small head lettuce
- 1 Garlic clove
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 15 green olives
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 cooked eggs (soft-boiled)
- 50 g thinly sliced salami

Trim the beans, rinse and cook in plenty of salted boiling water for about 8 minutes. Shock in cold water and drain well.

Peel potatoes and cut into strips or slices. Wash tomatoes and quarter them, removing stems. Drain tuna and loosen it. Tear lettuce into leaves, wash, dry by spinning, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
