Ingredients
- 12 cherry peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 500 g orzo pasta
- 1 bunch Thai asparagus
- 0.5 untreated lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 100 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- Basil
Instructions

Wash, trim, halve the cherry peppers and remove seeds. Wash, trim, halve the yellow bell peppers, remove seeds and dice.

Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain.

Wash asparagus and cut into ~3 cm diagonal pieces.

Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Let cool.

Sauté peppers and Thai asparagus in hot oil for about 2 minutes until translucent. Add lemon zest and pasta, warm through, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Serve on plates, sprinkle crumbled feta, garnish with basil and scatter pine nuts.
