Ingredients

  • 600 g young spinach
  • 0.5 bunch radishes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch chervil
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Herb salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • dandelion flower buds (for garnish)

Instructions

    Clean, wash, trim and dry the spinach, then cut into strips if desired.

    Wash, clean and slice the radishes.

    Peel and grate the carrot coarsely.

    Rinse the chervil, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

    Mix apple cider vinegar and sunflower oil, season with pepper and herb salt. Toss salad ingredients in dressing, divide onto four plates and garnish with dandelion flowers.
