- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 Tbsp soft butter
- 2 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 4 slices cold pork roast (crusted roast)
- 4 tomato pepper shreds (vinegar pickled)
- 4 slices cheese (e.g., Gouda, Emmental)

Preheat the oven to grill mode. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toast the sandwich breads. Then spread each bread thinly with butter and mustard, lay the cold roast on top, sprinkle the sliced tomato peppers over it, and cover everything with cheese.

Grill the toasted sandwiches for 5-10 minutes until desired browning is achieved.
