Ingredients

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 600 ml kefir
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.25 tsp ground coriander
  • 4 whole wheat bread rolls
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp Honey

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber, bell pepper and chili pepper. Halve the bell pepper and chili, remove seeds, and finely dice with the cucumber.

    Blend 2/3 of the vegetable cubes with kefir until smooth, season with salt, pepper and coriander, taste and pour into glasses.

    Sprinkle remaining diced vegetables on top. Horizontally halve the bread rolls, spread cottage cheese on each half, drizzle honey over it. Serve together with the kefir drink.
