Vegetable and Salami Wraps

Ingredients

  • 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 40 g cream cheese (4 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g turkey salami (20 slices)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the salad.

    Wash the pepper, halve it and remove seeds and white membranes. Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise in half and deseed. Wash and clean the celery. Cut everything into thin strips.

    Warm the tortillas according to package instructions, spread cream cheese on them, season with salt and pepper, and lay lettuce on top leaving a 1.5 cm border free.

    Distribute salami slices over the lettuce and cover with pepper, cucumber, and celery strips. Fold in the opposite sides slightly and roll up the wraps. Cut diagonally in half and wrap in parchment paper.
