Ham-filled Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 100 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (sweet)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 lettuce hearts
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 g cooked ham
- 4 tortilla sheets
Instructions

Wash and dry thyme, shake off excess moisture, remove leaves and chop.

Mix cream cheese with paprika powder and thyme; season with salt and pepper.

Wash lettuce hearts, dry, tear into bite-sized pieces.

Wash bell peppers, halve, remove seeds and white membranes, dice into small cubes. Wash tomatoes, quarter, remove stems and seeds, slice into strips.

Cut cooked ham into bite-sized pieces.

Warm tortilla sheets in a preheated oven at 80 °C (fan 60 °C; gas: level 1) briefly. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each sheet and top with remaining ingredients. Roll up, halve, and place in paper bags.
