Vegan Peanut Butter Millet Porridge

Try the vegan peanut butter millet porridge with walnuts and pears. A healthy breakfast that keeps you full.

Ingredients

  • 75 ml water
  • 150 ml almond drink (almond milk)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened, unsalted)
  • 1 pear
  • 1 tbsp walnut kernels
  • 50 g millet flakes

Instructions

    Bring water and almond milk with salt to a boil.

    Remove pot from heat and stir in millet flakes and peanut butter into the liquid. Simmer porridge over low heat for 3 minutes while stirring.

    Peel, wash, dry, and slice pear into wedges. Roughly chop walnuts.

    Serve porridge in a bowl topped with pear slices and walnuts.
