Vegan Cocktail Sauce

Veggie friends beware: whether for tofu, grilled veggies or salad, the vegan cocktail sauce is always delicious!

Ingredients

  • 100 g vegan mayonnaise
  • 50 g ketchup
  • 0.5 tsp horseradish (jar)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy drink (soy milk)
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • cayenne pepper (to taste)

Instructions

    Pour the mayonnaise and ketchup into a bowl and whisk until smooth.

    Add the horseradish, lemon juice, and soy drink; season with salt, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper.
