Ingredients

  • 1 piece fresh ginger (ca. 5 cm)
  • 2 tsp white tea
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the ginger.

    Boil 1 liter of water with the ginger, then let it cool to about 75°C.

  3. 3.

    Place the white tea in a tea strainer, hang it over a pot, pour the water over it, steep for about 2 minutes, then remove the strainer.

    Stir in honey and chill in the refrigerator. Add lemon juice, stir again, and serve with ice cubes in glasses.
