Ingredients

  • 400 g full‑fat plain yogurt
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar (not for avocado smoothie)
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 100 g fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe papaya
  • 100 g mixed forest berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • pepper (ground)
  • Salt
  • chili powder

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the mango, remove the pit and cube it. Blend with yogurt, water, lemon juice and sugar. Serve chilled.

    Wash (or thaw) the strawberries and halve them. Blend with yogurt, water, lemon juice and sugar. Serve cold.

    Peel and seed the papaya. Cut the flesh into cubes. Blend with yogurt, water, lemon juice and sugar. Serve cold.

    Wash or thaw the forest berries and blend with yogurt, water, lemon juice and sugar. Serve cold.

    Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cube the flesh. Blend with yogurt, water and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of chili. Serve cold.
