Various Fruit Lassi

Ingredients

  • 300 g full‑fat plain yogurt
  • 500 ml water
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar (not for avocado lassi)
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 100 g fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe papaya
  • 100 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • pepper (ground)
  • Salt
  • chili powder

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the mango, remove the pit and dice. Blend with yogurt, water, lemon juice and sugar. Serve chilled.

    Wash (or thaw) the strawberries and halve them. Blend with yogurt, water, lemon juice and sugar. Serve cold.

    Peel and seed the papaya. Dice the flesh. Blend with yogurt, water, lemon juice and sugar. Serve cold.

    Wash or thaw the mixed berries and blend with yogurt, water, lemon juice and sugar. Serve cold.

    Peel the avocado, remove the pit and dice. Blend with yogurt, water and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of chili powder. Serve cold.
