Strawberry-Cucumber Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 6 mint stems
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Wash, peel and roughly chop the cucumber. Juice it in a juicer.

  2. 2.

    Rinse, clean and halve the strawberries. Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and finely chop them.

  3. 3.

    Add the strawberries, cucumber juice, mint leaves and salt to a blender and blend vigorously. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
