Ingredients
- 3 untreated grapefruits
- 1 untreated lemon (zest only)
- 300 g sugar
- Tequila
- 12 clementines (preferably organic, or mandarins as substitute)
- 2 clementines (zest only)
- juice of one lemon
- 300 g sugar
- Tequila
- 2 pomelos (untreated)
- 0.5 pomelo (zest only)
- 300 g sugar
- Tequila
Instructions

Squeeze all the pomelos. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water. Add the pomelo juice and 1 tbsp tequila.

Transfer everything to a bowl and place it in the freezer compartment. Freeze for 4 hours, stirring well every hour.

Squeeze all the clementines. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water. Add the clementine, lemon juice and 1 tbsp tequila. Freeze as described above.

Squeeze the pomelos. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water. Add the pomelo juice and 1 tbsp tequila. Freeze as described above.

Serve the granita in hollowed citrus shells (keep them cold in the freezer) to taste.
