Ingredients
- 15 slices baguette
- 1 ball mozzarella
- 9 green olives
- 1 tomato
- 6 anchovies
- olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp oregano
Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Brush baguette slices with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and roast in the oven until light yellow.

Meanwhile wash the tomato and cut into 6 slices.

Slice mozzarella into 9 pieces.

Pat anchovies dry with salt and split lengthwise.

Sprinkle baguette slices for the tomatoes with parsley, top with tomato slices, then arrange anchovies over them.

Cover remaining bread slices with mozzarella, place one olive on each, and sprinkle with oregano.

Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, then remove and generously pepper the crostini.
