Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 avocado (pulped)
- Wasabi
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chive rolls
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp green peppercorns (pickled)
- parsley for garnish
Instructions

Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and halve them. Carefully remove the yolks and mix each with one-third of the filling ingredients.

Season to taste and refill the egg halves using a piping bag or smooth/zigzag nozzle as desired. Garnish with parsley before serving.
