Ingredients
- 4 peaches
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 20 ml peach liqueur
- 600 g yogurt
- 1 vanilla bean (pulp)
- 4 tbsp Honey
- mint (for garnish)

Boil the peaches, shock them in cold water, peel, pit and dice. Blend with lemon juice and peach liqueur until smooth.

Whisk the yogurt with vanilla pulp and honey until creamy. Fill glasses and spread the peach purée on top.

Serve garnished with mint leaves.
