Vanilla Yogurt with Apricots

Vanilla yogurt with apricots from Spoonsparrow: Apricots bring the master Reineke to life and provide natural sweetness!

Ingredients

  • 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp Linseed oil
  • Pinch Vanilla powder
  • 2 Apricots
  • 4 Banana slices
  • 4 Blueberries
  • 2 Red grapes

Instructions

    Mix yogurt with vanilla powder and linseed oil and divide into two bowls.

    Wash and pat dry the fruit. Halve and pit the apricots. Cut ears from one apricot half, and dice the rest.

  3. 3.

    Arrange a fox face on the yogurt with the diced apricots, leaving space for chin and cheeks. Assemble eyes from banana slices and blueberries. Place a grape as a nose on the yogurt and finally place the ears.
