Blueberry Yogurt Shake from Spoonsparrow: Summery snack enjoyment for break time!

Ingredients

  • 600 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 Banana
  • 100 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • 150 g fresh blueberries
  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

    Place yogurt, banana, 100 ml milk and vanilla powder in a blender and puree. Pour about ⅓ of the shake into a container and set aside.

    Wash the blueberries and drain them in a sieve. Combine 120 g of blueberries with the raspberries and chia seeds with the remaining shake in the blender and puree finely.

    Pour the blueberry shake into 4 glasses or screw bottles. Pour the yogurt shake on top. Serve garnished with the remaining blueberries or close the bottle and take it with you.
