Vanilla Quark with Strawberries

Start your day deliciously and stress-free with vanilla quark and strawberries, as vanilla can alleviate restlessness and anxiety.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 150 g Low-Fat Quark
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp Milk (3.5% fat)
  • Pinch Vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp Raw Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Almonds

Instructions

    Clean, wash, pat dry and chop the strawberries.

    Whip the low-fat quark with yogurt, milk, vanilla powder and sugar with a whisk until creamy, then fold in 3/4 of the strawberries.

    Roughly chop the almonds. Sprinkle the vanilla quark with the remaining strawberries and almonds and serve.
