Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 small pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp orange liqueur
  • Seeds of ½ vanilla pods
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing all white membranes, then cut fillets between the separating membranes. Collect the juice. Peel the bananas and slice them. Break open the pomegranate and remove the seeds.

    Mix the fruit with 2 tbsp honey, orange juice, and liqueur; let it sit.

    Heat vanilla seeds, milk (leaving 2 tbsp), and remaining honey until boiling. Whisk cornstarch with egg yolk and leftover milk. Add to the vanilla milk, bring to a boil, and thicken. Pour into serving molds and cool. Once chilled, pour the pudding over the fruit salad and garnish with mint.
