Ingredients
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 500 g whipping cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 2 ripe nectarines
Instructions

Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Cook the cream with sugar, vanilla seeds, and the bean for about 6 minutes over low heat.

Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water. Remove the vanilla bean from the cream. Take the pot off the stove. Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin and add it to the vanilla cream. Stir until dissolved.

Pour the vanilla cream into 4 glasses and chill for 4 hours. Wash, halve, pit, and slice the nectarines thinly. Serve the cream pudding garnished with nectarine slices.
