- 3 red bell peppers
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 parsley
- 1 basil
- 2 mozzarella balls (125 g each)
- 1 Red Onion
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 50 ml olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 80 g Black olives
- 4 slices of thick-cut white bread
- 30 g Butter

Crush the bread slices. Heat butter in a pan and toast the bread pieces until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the toasted bread into the salad, sprinkle basil on top, and serve promptly while the bread remains crisp.
