Ingredients

  • 600 g turnip
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 6 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • a handful chervil
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • chervil for garnish

Instructions

    Peel the turnip slices and cut them into strips. Boil in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender.

    For the dressing whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, sugar and oil. Rinse the chervil, pat dry, chop finely and add to the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

    Drain the turnip slices and arrange them on small bowls. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with chervil before serving.
