Turkey Strips with Coriander and Lime

Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 15 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 4 stalks coriander
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

    Rinse the turkey breast fillet under cold water, pat dry and cut into bite‑size strips. Wash the chili peppers, remove seeds and slice into thin strips. Peel the onions and cut into thin slivers. Peel the garlic cloves and ginger and dice very finely.

    Heat rapeseed oil in a wok. Sauté the chili strips, onions, ginger and garlic over medium heat until translucent. Add the turkey strips and stir‑fry on high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Season the meat with fish sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice and brown sugar. Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Rinse the lime in hot water and cut into wedges.

    Arrange the turkey strips in four bowls, sprinkle with coriander leaves and garnish with lime wedges.
