Turkey Strips

The turkey strips from Spoonsparrow land on the plate in no time!

Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey breast fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp spelt flour
  • 125 ml chicken broth
  • 250 g whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

    Slice the turkey into strips and season with salt and pepper. In a pan with clarified butter, sear in batches over medium heat and set aside.

    Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Sauté in the same pan until translucent. Sprinkle paprika and spelt flour, stir briefly. Add broth, bring to a boil, then stir in cream and reduce over high heat.

    Reheat the turkey strips in the sauce. Plate and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
