Red snapper fillets with cherry tomatoes from Spoonsparrow: Delight from Neptune's realm

Ingredients

  • 600 g colorful cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 10 pearl onions
  • 1 handful thyme
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 8 red snapper fillets (about 60 g each)
  • 3 Tbsp liquid butter
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • a pinch grated oregano

Instructions

    Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel the garlic and pearl onions. Wash the herbs, shake dry and cut the sprigs in half.

    Rinse the red snapper fillets, pat them dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish. Brush with liquid butter, then distribute the garlic, pearl onions, and tomatoes over the fillets. Season everything with salt, pepper, and oregano.
