Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey breast fillet
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (ca. 2.5 cm)
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 baby pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil

Instructions

    Wash the turkey breast fillet, pat dry and cut into pieces (about 3 cm). Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Mix with soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and curry, then marinate the meat for about 30 minutes.

    Peel the pineapple and cut into chunks. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut into pieces (about 3 cm). Thread the drained meat alternately with fruit onto wooden skewers. In a large pan, fry in hot oil around 8 minutes until cooked through.
