Ingredients
- 40 g almond sticks
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 Garlic clove
- 50 g alpine cheese
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 bunch carrots
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 2 tsp butter

Dry roast almonds in a pan. Rinse and shake off excess water from parsley, pluck the leaves and roughly chop them. Peel and mince garlic. Grate alpine cheese. Blend olive oil with the prepared ingredients in a blender. Season with a little salt and pepper. Fold in lemon zest.

Peel carrots and cook in salted water for 10-12 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry turkey schnitzels for about 6-8 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Drain carrots. Add butter to the pot and toss the carrots briefly until the butter melts. Plate everything together.
