Ingredients
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 4 pita rolls
- 200 g tzatziki (ready-made)
- 80 g Black olives

Slice the turkey breast into thin slices, then cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In hot oil, stir-fry the turkey strips for about 4 minutes until lightly browned; add the garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the lemon, dry it, and cut into wedges.

Open the pita rolls and fill them with cucumber slices, turkey gyro, and tzatziki. Serve with lemon wedges and olives.
