Ingredients
- 200 g Green beans
- 400 g white beans (canned; drained weight)
- 2 red onions
- 300 g tuna in its own juice (canned; drained weight)
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove

Trim the green beans, cut off ends, and cook in salted boiling water for about 8 minutes until firm. Remove, immediately shock in cold water, then drain. Rinse the white beans with clear water and drain.

Halve the onions and slice into thin rings. Drain the tuna and break it into coarse pieces. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop.

Whisk together vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in olive oil until emulsified. Peel the garlic, press it, and season to taste. Combine the dressing with the remaining salad ingredients.
